Registration Information

June 10-12, 2005

 

Postmarked May 13 or before: $230-275+ sliding scale*
Postmarked after May 13: $250-295+ sliding scale*
On site payment: $20 additional

The registration fee includes lodging in Bear Rock Lodge or your tent or vehicle, meals from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch, and all workshops and activities.

CHILDREN are always welcome at EDC Weekend. Call us for cost and childcare info.

For the Friday Drum and Dance intensive, add $75. Includes lodging, meals, and the workshop itself. Arrive on Thursday evening or Friday morning. Fee applies to all arrivals before 5 pm Friday.

Please note: You may not register for the Friday intensive alone. The Friday workshops are an extension of the full Weekend.

EDC offers partial scholarships to our events, funded by the sliding scale. To apply for a scholarship of up to half the Weekend registration fee, please send us a deposit of 50% and a letter explaining why you need a scholarship. All letters will be kept confidential. Scholarships are not applicable to the Friday Intensive, so that we may use the scholarship fund to support as many people to come to the full Weekend as possible. Scholarship funds will be split among applicants.

* Sliding Scale suggested guideline: If your household income is higher than $20,000 per adult, please add $10 to the base price for each $5,000 of "extra" income. Please feel free to add even more if the spirit moves you. All fees paid over the base price will be applied to the Scholarship Fund.

A deposit of 50% of your registration fee will hold your place at the early price. Balance must be received by June 1, or the $20 on site fee will apply.

Sorry, we cannot take out of state checks, unless we have had a previous registration from you. First-time registrations from outside Massachusetts must be accompanied by a bank money order. Please bring cash if you are paying on-site.

Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests received by May 20 will receive refund in full, less a $25 handling charge. Between May 20 and June 1, we will refund 50%. We cannot make any refunds in response to requests made June 2 or after, as the money is already committed to cover expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
