Registration Cost and Other Fine Print

The cost of this weekend is $160-190 per adult (sliding scale), which includes a cabin space or tenting at the camp, 6 meals (both food and part of the cost of our outstanding kitchen staff), and the other amenities that will support our experience (supplies like lamp oil and torches, firewood, and so on).

Children: Age 14 and under, $50 for the first one and $35 each after that. Nursing babies no charge. Ages 15-17, $90 with parent or guardian. Teens attending independently must make prior arrangements with EDC and pay the full rate.

Indoor space: There is a limited number of cabins. Please indicate that you request cabin space, space will be assigned.

No pro-rated price for late arrival or early departure. Please plan to arrive on Thursday and stay through closing circle on Sunday.

Make checks payable to Earth Drum Council and mail to EDC at PO Box 1284, Concord, MA 01742.  Please include name, address, phone number, and email address for each adult, and the ages of all children.

You may pay through Paypal (see Application form for link), but since Paypal takes a fee, we'd prefer it if you'd send us a check if possible! Thanks.

We will send you a confirmation letter after June 24.

Refund policy: For requests received in writing before June 14, we will refund your fee less a $25 handling charge. Between June 14 and June 27, we will refund 50% of your fee unless there is someone on the waiting list to take your space, in which case the handling fee will still apply but the rest of your fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made after June 27 except for documented emergencies.

Scholarship information: EDC offers partial scholarships to our events, funded by contributions from participants. To apply for a scholarship of up to half the registration fee, please send us a deposit of 50% and a letter explaining why you need a scholarship. All letters will be kept confidential. Available scholarship funds will be split among applicants.
